We provide home renovation and maintenance services as detailed in your specific contract. Any requests outside this agreed scope will require a separate written agreement.
A standard deposit is required before work begins. Subsequent payments are due at predefined project milestones, with the final balance due upon completion and satisfaction.
Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith. Unforeseen circumstances like weather or supply delays may extend timelines, and we will communicate these changes promptly.
The client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work site. We are not liable for delays caused by restricted property access or unsafe conditions.
Any modifications to the original project plan must be documented in a change order. This will outline the adjusted costs and any impact on the completion schedule.
We offer a specified workmanship warranty on our remodeling projects. This covers defects in installation but excludes damage from natural disasters or normal wear and tear.
Our liability is limited to the total cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project execution.
Clients may cancel services with written notice. If work has already commenced, the client is responsible for paying for completed services and non-refundable materials purchased.
These terms are governed by the local laws of the jurisdiction where the property is located. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate local courts.
